Townsfolk of Novara

• Lothar - A wine merchant, a handsome fellow well disposed to the party after rescuing his daughter Gisella.
• Bianca - The daughter of the mayor once kidnapped by troglodytes under the command of Xavier the Wise. A brave and fresh-faced lass who was in the process of escaping herself when the party encountered her.

Villagers of Brakenvale :

• Purple Rob - A shepherd with a natty purple cloak and a young wolf as his sheep dog. He was falsely accused of witch craft by Sir Antoine the Brave.
• Eric Meadsman - Headman and ower of the Broken Crook, a tightfisted bastard.

Denizens of Fosnak :

• Parthen Edal - A rake from a one of the rich houses of Fosnak. Dissapeared in the Tower of the Sun, presumably eaten by lizardmen who entered the tower from a mysterious jungle portal.
• Jopeth Vorang - A leading patrician of the city, hired the party to recover a seal from his family's crypt.
• Belim Thine - An Antiquarian dealer, painfully condescending but honest (for Fosnak).
• Corwyn - An elf, tall, slender, dark haired and golden eyed.  Discovered in the Tower of the Sun, now sought after by the jaded socialites of Fosnak and by Lentille.
• Artun the Bald - Innkeep, proprietor of the Sleeping Dog.
• Lady Hele’ena Darshoon - Patrician lady of a minor house. Dekhard's occasional lover.
• Vardo - A hedge Wizard, and sometime ally of the Darshoon Famil
• Rustico Koustoudis - Owner of the Cypil Taverna
• Fresh Harry - Fish merchant 

Citizens of Hessillion

• Keltos - High priest of S'den, order of the Chromatic Pearl (bearer of ethereal wisdom) Priest of Sind'n. An old man, tall and arrogant, stuck dead by arrows.
• Crown Prince Xeil - Ruler of Hessillion, old and gout ridden. A superstitious man who broods from atop his great tower.
• Prince Xandrik, a skilled and ruthless warrior.  Lean and athletic, silver haired, with catlike reflexes and a commanding air.  Prince Xandrik is known to be quick of judgement, throwing men from his tower where they cause him harm.  He is the sworn enemy of Prince Ythrien and carries an enchanted ancestral sword that glows blue when drawn.
• Prince Ythrien.  A bone thin man, pale and lank haired with a sickly air.  Black clad, dry and cautious of manner, he has the air of a spider to him.  By repute, he is an evil sorceror.  Ythrien is accompanied everywhere by his bodyguard Hethren, a giant of a man who wears surprisingly dainty boots.
• Chariander - A strutting teen of noble birth, stick thin with long silver hair. Captured by Lentule and sold to the pleasure barges of Vult... a fate worse than death.  A bested foe, surely never to return.
• Prince Qulon - Agoraphobic former governor of Bujala, captured by the party and ransomed by Corsair raiders.
• Thespies - A bookish lad, new to the Imperial Diplomatic core. Currently posted in Outer Kham.

People of the Corsair Coast

• Rana - A handsome woman with a fast blade and a haughty smile. She hails from the Corsair city of Al'Guoll and captains the Dhow, The Mu'ayyad. A fickle woman, currently counted as a friend to the party and a lover to Genet.
• Her second, Kareef  - A huge corsair, perhaps even a half ogre. A honest man with a wicked poison blade.

Denizens of Forestvale and its environs

• Aldwyn, an elf, rescued by Tamrik and Soon.  Tall, slender, dark haired and golden eyed.  Aldwyn has ensorcelled Tamrik.
• Assorted Bested foes, surely never to return

• Gemble Snelp, High Predicant of the Temple of the Great Eel of Thrabben. A moderately powerfull Sorceror, proficient in Curses.

• Velitessa de’Bano, Witches Get, Fiend or Vampires minion? No-one yet knows...She fled the Slaying of her Master, Malvento de’Bano

• Checheg Khan. A cunning and mighty warrior who recently united the nomads and set them about a new purpose... that of sacking the civilised lands of Quinterra.
• Lajani - a beautiful young noblewoman, now wife to Tamrik the King. She is the niece of the villainous former Chancellor Shapour and rules Shinaka in Tamrik's frequent absences with the help of the sorceror-priest Bharam.
• Bharam - a wily sorcerer-priest sworn to the goddess Rawah. He is unusually cunning, some would say excessively so as his plans are so convoluted as to defy logic.

• Aeilisseande the Snow Queen. A powerful sorceress, her castle of Ice stands on the southern boundaries of the wastes. Long she waits for her lovers.

• Sumati the Bandit Queen - Beautiful and as hard as ice. Chief to band of brigands who haunt the kingdom of Khem. She takes as she pleases, including her lovers.

• Elak - Wizened but cunning master of Bran Mak Morn College.
• Miriam - Verbose Pro Vice Chancellor and Head Librarian at Bran Mak Morn College. She is a plump, elderly woman with a round face, wild curly hair, and twinkling eyes. Despite her years, she still possesses a powerful magic that is unmatched by many of her peers. With her constant twirling and gesticulating, she is a force to be reckoned with.
• Karala - Ill-tempered and magically inclined bride-to-be, charmed by Mir on her wedding day.
• Shoot First Anna - A formidable mercenary with a reputation for getting the job done no matter what. Anna is a force to be reckoned with on the battlefield. Anna has a surprisingly dry wit, and a mischievous streak. When she isn't fighting, she can often be found playing practical jokes on her comrades.

The Veliconne Baronies 

• Baron Hukhumvit - The tyrant of Blackrock, fat but cunning. Disliked by his subjects. There are whispers of an underground movement of citizens plotting to overthrow his regime.
