Cario and Delac Skallos - Two more of Genet's faithful Fishermen, killed during the Sack of Budjalla (Sess. 9).

 

Ramirez - A former pugilist turned to bodyguard. Killed by a rock thrown by a God (Sess. 10).

 

Tasnik - A tough axeman from the wilds beyond the great Anu-Marya river. Slain in the great hellhound massacre (Sess. 10). 

 

Cutt - A toothless old letch. An expert whistler but a poor spearman. Also slain in the great hellhound massacre (Sess. 10).

 

Arinadra -  A former washerwoman and arm wrestler. Yet another victim of those terrible flames... (Sess. 10).

 

Gord - One of the very first henchmen, he survived his first two masters, Draven and Mazapan, but sadly perished in flames in the Great Hellhound Massacre.

 

Elphain - An Ilbarzi Hillman, one of Mazapans men, who continued in Soon's service but met his end at the hands of Kalthos the Bronze Demon. 

 

Orm - A nondescript but increasingly disgruntled man at arms in the service of Lentule Fusc, slain fighting a stone lion (sess. 11).

 

Kell - A brawny and menacing man at arms in the service of Lentule Fusc, killed by a stone lion when Lentule slammed a door in his face rather than risking it reaching the rest of the party (Sess. 11). 

 

Gramm - A tavern thug hired by Lentule and killed that same night, slaughtered by were-rats and their evil accomplices (Sess. 12).

 

Ashanz, Dinan and Ebbuk. - Mandolian Axemen who signed on with Genet only to fall to wererats in a savage bar brawl (Sess.12).

Falchar the Unclean - A faithful retainer to Tamrik, a former household servant from far Shinaka. A quietly competent man with a terrible odour and strong sense of self preservation. Alas, that sense did not prevent him being ridden down by his own company in their flight from the doomed Forestvale Keep. (Sess. 14).

 

Tull - A Vellicone Marcherman, Hired by Lentule, Who tragically was slain and Eaten by Lentule while in Wererat Form.. (Sess.15) 

 

Lem- A former boscommon Eel fisherman, down on his luck. So far down, he was slain and Eaten by Tamrik while in Wererat Form.. (Sess.15)

 

Brod - A Vellicone Marcherman, Hired by Lentule, Fell fighting Dragonkin. (Sess.15)

Shah - The man with three javelins.  Jumped by an enchantress in the shape of a panther and brutally torn to pieces before he even knew what hit him. (Sess. 19)

 

Arik - Having escaped the centipede farms he had one good shot at giant crocodile god before it bit him in twain.  (Sess. 19)

 

Joe - Lucky companion of Hogarth. Disappeared under the feet of rampaging barbarians.

 

Pascal - A Yeovales' low life. His skull was a waste of a bloody good axe according to Vulgar Sandy.

 

Symmons - Fell protecting the caravan from barbarian raiders.

 

Seth - Lost during the battle Malvento de'Bana, falling at the walls.

 

Sara - Died during Malvento's last stand.

 

Turok - A tribesman of the Sleshian Jungles, formerly but a centipede Farmer, His fate Changed when he took up Khadag's Spear to serve Soon. He Slew Two Centipedes with it, but was struck down from behind by a troglodytic Lizardman 

 

Otho - A stocky unflappable Gotlander, He died as he lived, Protecting Soon. He too was Slain by Troglizards.

 

Mhor - a Tattoed tibesman from the Urwald forests. An expert tracker for all that he was a mute, he died horribly, Poisoned by a Giant Centipede.

 

Sir Gobert - a Mandolian troubador, who fell in with Lentule in a Lotus den. His misfortunes came to an end at tha hand of an albino lizardcultist.

 

Cob - a hanger on of uncertain courage, he lost his mind in the darkness, then his life too, having been so misfortunate as to pick up Kadag's Spear.... Beaten into a red haze By Xavier HalfLizard, the mad Alchemist.

 

Barshiva - Brained by a large rock, thrown by an ape.

 

Salle - Sallus' piece of the side.   Would have been missed had he also not died.

 

Raldino - Slept by elves, eaten by a wyvern.

 

Mateus - Followed Raldino into the wyvern, blissfully unaware until it was too late.

 

Bron - a Velliconian archer with a missing nose and branded cheeks; a foul tempered sadist. Slain by an enchanted statue while prising treasure from a god's fane at Lentule's unwise instruction.

 

Khem-ra - a Stygian heretic of the warrior caste, possessed of surprisingly progressive views. Slain by an enchanted statue while prising treasure from a god's fane at Lentule's unwise instruction.

 

Ib - a Velliconian peasant boy emboldened by Kharag's Spear of Bravery. Slain while attacking an enchanted statue which was protecting a god's fane.

 

Karam - an Ilbarzi Hillman, who entered Soon's service on the Cyprill Coast , and departed it there, after many many adventures, Slain by Mhenek the Stygian, whose evil magic's also did for;

 

Sergio Palamides - A Canabriani Lancer, and companion to Soon, slain by Summoned Skeletons

 

Morel EstHeen - A fifth son of Fosnak. He had no fear of Undead, until his death at the hands of Skeletons

 

Mang Tsuo - A Sheng-do Halbardier, He feared his own ancestors more than the Skeletons that slew him.

 

Thorn - Felled by the dark sorcery in a flash of blue.

 

Mark the marksman - Pulled into the shadow of Ahkbara, his external essence consumed by the city.

 

Mishra - Failed to make it of the tent of poison gas, choking to death from the noxious green vapours.

 

Nephiod - Fell during the skeletal onslaught during the corsair raid on the Cypril Coast.

Prilap - A drunken poet with just enough talent to be pulled into Shadows of Ahkbara without being consumed by it.

Amaren - A cypril coast Adventurer in Soon's company, He too fell to the Efriit.

 

Stanz - A Panzerein Sergeant, He Fell frotecting Soon from a Wight-thrall, and rose himself. Last seen marching into a chasm.

 

Galbren Othar - A man of Foznak, fell storming the gate of Nahom's Keep.

 

Vossek - A Cillician.  Cruelly cut down by an Ensorcelled Guardsman.

 

Fausto, a Cantabrian archer, slain by lions.

Vulgar Sandy, Rotten through and through, but fiercely loyal to Hogarth for some unspoken reason. Died in the Dark Keep. Was still swearing at the end despite an arrow through his throat.

 

Baz, a fellow fleeing from Althume Polk. Killed by a spider's bite.

 

Mor, a stalwart fellow heavily armoured, none of which availed him against a single mighty blow from a steppe-nomad adventurer.

 

Domenico, a Cantabrian archer, slain by a lighting bolt from a storm elemental.

 

Honest Geb, a self-proclaimed honest man of uncertain origin, slain by a lighting bolt from a storm elemental. 

 

Armand du Lac, a halberdier from the Veliconne Baronies, grievously injured by a lighting bolt from a storm elemental, then slain by another such when sent by Chuwah to retrieve Geb's enchanted axe.

 

Lyasha, a huntress thought to be from the Sleshian coast. Slain by a Harpy when braving the halls of the Dairncuffs.

 

Raddick, Fernandez' fearless scout and ranger.  Died from cave piercer falling on him.

 

Al Abad, a witty and amusing Akkadian nomad. Al Abad translating to "The Donkey" on account of his enormous... wit. Crushed to death by a rock fall in the caves of Anazar.

 

Momhut and Posun. Fearsome and grim Ilbarzi who speak little (as is the wont of their people) so as to avoid unnecessary blood feuds. Momhut was cleaved in twain by an animated statue of Kurosh the Mighty. Posun was cut down by Jevid the Cruel.

 

Missa - A blonde waif from the Canabrian Baronies, who has survived without seemingly done anything useful.  Slain in the Battle of the Throne Room.

 

Carrick - A youngish lad who just seemed to have joined at some point along the road who manages to stay employed by doing all the little odd jobs that crop up.  Slain in the Battle of the Throne Room.

 

Silvio - An aging former upper servant from one of the great Foznak families, who's fall from grace is uncertain but certainly involved bedding beyond his station.  Slain in the Battle of the Thone Room.

 

Erion - The miller's daughter from Cillici, promoted from cook girl to front line fighter.  Torn limb from limb by an owlbear.

 

Charis, Keromyn, Bertold - A trio of fencers united both in purpose and passion. Abruptly felled by bandit archers in the mountains. (Shadows on the Mountain)

 

Borjigin - Eaten by a huge aquatic beast in a subterranean lake under the lair of Sumati, the bandit queen. (Shadows on the Mountain)

 

Floria - Slain by a shadowy demon in the lair of Sumati, the bandit queen. (Shadows on the Mountain)

 

Duban, a former corsair pirate, spared and sworn to Myra by loyalty oaths. An unsavoury fellow. - Cut to pieces by the skeleton-guardians of Nergal-Salim.

 

Steff the Unbeaten, an urchin from the mean streets of Foznak.

 

Baskar, a dour Fenman and particularly sound sleeper. Slain by spillover magic when Barbar seized an enchanted hammer.

 

Murlock, a squat thug recruited from the docks of Hessillion. Of an unhealthy yellowish hue. Slain by a giant catfish in a subterranean lair.

 

 

Promoted: 

 

Soon - One of Mazapan's retainers, thought only to be A servant with some skill in cooking, butchery, and skinning, Soon in fact proved to have been his apprentice.

 

Zerah - Survived the wyvern carnage where Sallas and all his other followers fell.

 

Salazar - A somewhat camp aesthete and no match for fearsome hillman.  Survived Zerah but not long enough to make a difference.

 

Lilith of the Four Winds - Passed into the realm of shadows in the City of Ahkbara, where she dances and whirls until the end of days.

 

Retired :

 

Rita - A girl from the village who served as Draven's torch-carrier and crossbow loader. She rescued her unconscious master during the first battle at the cave and was rewarded with 20 gp. After the death of Draven she decided to return to her village. 

 

Arto & Yanos Skallos - returned to their fishing village upon realising that they were not cut out for (long and prosperous) lives of adventure. At least, judging by what happened to their brothers.

 

Bridget - A bright young Corsair cabin girl, a former slave from the the north. Somewhat traumatised by events on the Isle of the Cacodemon.

 

Falwyn - A handsome lad of good family, a poet, who worked for Lentule Fusc as a torchbearer in hope of inspiration.  AC 10 HP 4.  Dagger.  Falwyn left Lentule's employ deciding to settle in Hessalion, taking with him gifts from Lentule comprising of 100 gp in assorted gems hidden about Falwyn's person, writing materials of good quality, a collection of rare poetry and a book of erotic poetry worth 120 GP.  Falwyn also has 50gp in savings, the rest he has sent home.  Lentule and Falwayn parted on good terms, though since then His Published Works, "The Life of Soon the Sage" and "Tamrik, A Hero's Tale" both paint a curiously unflattering picture of Lentule..

 

Nudd - A Wellyn tribesman, he was hired by Soon in Fosnak, but slipped away after taking his signing on pay.

 

Eduard - A Velliconean Bowman, in Genet's employ, He survived the first visit to Zoastér's tower, and was paid off with a healthy bonus.

 

Phamal - A Ilbarzi Hillman who left Tamrik's service after safely leading him through the treacherous defiles of Ilbarz.

 

Bezzad - a Shinakan Stonemason hired by soon for the exploration of Menenais' tomb, he was paid off in Hessalion

 

Gor - twin to Mor, after his brother’s death he retired and entered the services of the Baron Albert of Veliconne as a captain in his armies.

 

"Sir" Versach - The preening "knight" became too much for Daimeon after his pitiful constitution was revealed. He was summarily fired in Veliconne Baronies.

 

Nigel Dogsdoom - Former boatman of Foznak who bravely lead the party through the dungeons beneath the Unash the Necromancer's haunted palace. With Sultan Tarkhun returned to the throne Nigel was recruited by the young ruler as the head of his palace guards. Nigel harbours a distrust of Mir who once refused to "waste" his healing magics on the hireling.
